For growing businesses whose tools each hold half the story

Two systems, one set of numbers.

Your field app knows the job is done. QuickBooks finds out when someone retypes it. A custom integration moves each record across the moment it changes, logs what it did, and tells a person when something looks wrong. Data is keyed in once and trusted everywhere.

Sound familiar?

Signs two of your systems need a bridge.

Most of these trace back to one missing connection between tools that already do their jobs well.

  • Completed jobs sit in the field app for days before anyone bills them.
  • Customer details differ between the CRM, the ERP, and accounting.
  • A Zapier chain broke last month and nobody noticed for two weeks.
  • Someone exports a CSV every Friday so another system can import it.

What we build

Common connections we build.

These are patterns, not client stories. Each one starts with a short audit of both APIs.

Published integration prices

Know the number before we start.

These are our published ranges. The audit fee is credited toward the project.

Lite audit$500–$750

Both APIs reviewed, sync rules drafted, and a written price for the build.

Quick win$750–$1,500

One trigger between two tools, such as a closed job creating a draft invoice.

Full integration$2,500–$7,500

Two-way sync with conflict rules, retries, error alerts, and written runbook.

Reporting on top$3,000–$8,000

Once the data agrees, one dashboard that reads from both systems.

Software integrations FAQ

Integration questions we hear most.

How much does a QuickBooks integration cost?

A full two-way QuickBooks Online integration is $2,500–$7,500 on our published price list. A single one-direction workflow, like closed jobs becoming draft invoices, starts at $750–$1,500. The audit gives you a written price before any build starts.

Can ServiceTitan sync with QuickBooks Online automatically?

Yes, when your ServiceTitan plan includes API access. We read invoices, payments, and customers from ServiceTitan and post them to QuickBooks Online on a schedule or as they change. Any record that fails a rule is held for a person to review instead of posting wrong numbers.

Why not just use Zapier or a marketplace connector?

Use them when they fit. Off-the-shelf connectors are cheap and fine for simple, one-way moves. A custom integration earns its price when you need matching logic, two-way updates, error handling, or an audit trail. We'll tell you in the audit if a ready-made connector solves it.

What happens if one of the systems changes its API?

We watch for it. Every integration logs its calls and alerts on failures, so a breaking change shows up in the logs quickly. A Care plan covers small fixes; bigger changes get a written quote.

A note from Dean

I've connected systems through Microsoft Graph, OAuth2, Auth0, and MSAL, and run a self-hosted API gateway with its own monitoring. That habit carries into every integration I build: log each call, alert on failure, and never let a bad record post silently. You'll talk to me directly about your systems.
