Whitten Technology Group is a small, founder-led practice. We collect only what we need to answer you, and this page says exactly what that is.

What we collect
When you send the contact form, we keep what you type into it: your name and email, and, if you fill them in, your company, phone number, industry, budget range, timeline and project description.
If you came from a link in one of our social posts, the form also sends that link's campaign tag, so we know which post brought you.
If you call, text or email us, we keep that conversation so we can follow up on it.

How we use it
To answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal and run the project if we work together. That is the whole list.

Where it lives
Inquiries are stored in our client platform database on infrastructure we run. Only Whitten Technology Group staff can see them, and each login has only the access it needs.

Site analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It records things like the page, the referring site and a rough location, not your name. Your browser settings or an ad blocker can turn it off.

Marketing email
We do not add you to a mailing list without your consent. If you do sign up for something, every email has a way out.

Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will reply within two business days. If we have an active project together, we may need to keep contract and billing records the law requires.
