Lite audits run $1,000–$1,500 for a single system or process. Full-stack audits run $2,500–$4,000 and include interviews, a findings report, and a prioritized roadmap with rough estimates. The AI app rescue audit is $1,500 flat. Audit fees credit 50% toward your project.
What is a quick-win?
A single, well-scoped workflow automation between two tools: $750–$1,500, capped at 5 hours at the low end and 8 at the high end, delivered in 1–2 weeks. It is the fastest way to see real value.
How do project payments work?
Projects start with a 50% deposit. The remainder is paid on milestone gates, so you see progress before the next payment.
What do consulting retainers include?
Consulting retainers run $500–$7,500/month with included hours and published response commitments. See my Service Levels page for details. Website Care is a separate, lower-cost line for sites I host.
Do you build websites?
Yes. A standard website is $500 and an ecommerce website with Stripe Checkout is $1,500, both hosted on my managed VPS behind Cloudflare with hosting included.
What is Website Care?
Website Care ($50/month) and Website Care Plus ($100/month) cover hosting, Cloudflare, security patches, nightly backups, uptime monitoring, and a set amount of edits each month, with published response commitments on the Service Levels page.

No. I keep retainer prices firm and instead credit audit fees toward your project. The recurring base stays predictable.
