How much does custom software development cost?
A focused portal or line-of-business app is $5,000–$15,000 on our published price list. Larger custom platforms are $15,000–$40,000+. Projects beyond that are split into stages, each with its own price and milestone gate.
Can a small firm take on a large software project?
Yes, when the work is staged. We scope a large build into milestones, deliver each one to a working state, and you approve it before the next begins. You see working software at every stage and decide at each gate whether to continue.
Is it cheaper to build custom software than keep paying for a license?
Sometimes. It depends on seat count, how much of the product you use, and how long you plan to keep it. The audit compares several years of license cost against build and support cost, and we will tell you if staying put is the better deal.
Who owns the code and where does it run?
You own the code. It lives in your repository and runs where you choose: Azure, another cloud, or servers you manage on-prem. We document it so another developer could pick it up.
