For HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest and lawn companies

Stop fixing QuickBooks sync errors and chasing unsold estimates

Your field service software runs the day, but the office still merges duplicate customers in QuickBooks, calls back missed leads the next morning, and lets open estimates go cold. We connect ServiceTitan, Jobber or Housecall Pro to your books, phones and reports so everyone works from one set of jobs. Your techs keep the app they already use.

Sound familiar?

Where the office loses its week.

Nearly all of it sits in the gap between the field app, the phones and QuickBooks.

  • Monday starts with merging duplicate customers and clearing QuickBooks sync alerts.
  • Estimates the tech left on the kitchen table never get a second touch.
  • Reports can't tell you close rate by tech, average ticket or which memberships are due.
  • After-hours calls land in voicemail and sit there until someone checks in the morning.

What we build

What changes, from the first ring to the paid invoice.

Dispatchers and techs keep their judgment calls. The copying, reminders and weekly cleanup move to the background.

Trades & field services FAQ

What owners and office managers want to know.

Do we have to leave ServiceTitan, Jobber or Housecall Pro?

No. We work with the field service software you already pay for and connect it to QuickBooks, your phones and your reports. After a long implementation, the last thing a shop needs is another switch.

Can you build a custom ServiceTitan integration?

Usually, yes. ServiceTitan's API access depends on your plan and needs ServiceTitan's approval, so the audit checks what your account allows before we quote. We aren't a ServiceTitan partner, and custom integrations sit outside ServiceTitan's own support, so every one we build alerts a named person on your team when it fails.

If a vendor change breaks it, we won't leave you stuck. Small fixes are covered on a Care plan, and bigger changes get a written quote.

Will automated texts get us in trouble?

We set them up to follow the carrier rules. Texts go through your registered business number, only to customers who gave you their number for service, with STOP and HELP handled automatically. We don't build marketing blasts, and questions about consent rules belong with your attorney.

Card payments stay in your field app or payment processor. We never see or store card numbers.

How much does HVAC business automation cost?

$750–$1,500 for a single automation such as estimate follow-up or membership reminders. A QuickBooks or phone-system integration runs $2,500–$7,500, and a KPI dashboard is $3,000–$8,000.

We price larger builds too, like replacing a home-grown dispatch or quoting tool, at $15,000–$40,000+. Those are delivered in stages you approve one at a time, and every price is written down before we start.

Will this break something during the busy season?

It shouldn't, because we usually don't cut anything over in the middle of it. We build beside your current process, test on real jobs, and the old way keeps running until the office is comfortable. If you'd rather not touch anything in July, we can schedule the switch for a slow month.

A note from Dean

I built a TypeScript app for a global convenience-store chain that replaced a legacy Java system. Software for people on their feet has to be quick and obvious, and your techs deserve the same. When you call, you get me, and I'll tell you plainly if your field app already does what you're asking for.
