For small and mid-size teams in any industry, and larger departments too

Hand the repetitive steps to software. Keep people on the decisions.

Every business has a few chores that eat an afternoon each week: copying form answers, chasing approvals, renaming files, sending the same reminder. We automate those steps with Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or custom code, and leave a person in charge of the calls that need judgment.

Sound familiar?

Chores worth automating first.

A good first candidate happens every week, follows the same steps, and annoys the person who does it.

  • Web form answers are copied into a spreadsheet and then emailed around.
  • Approvals stall in someone’s inbox until a manager asks for an update.
  • New hires wait days for accounts because setup lives in one person’s head.
  • Staff answer the same internal questions in Teams chat every day.

Business process automation FAQ

What people ask before automating.

How much does business process automation cost for a small business?

One workflow between two tools is $750–$1,500 on our published price list. Larger processes that span several systems run $2,500–$7,500. If you want new automations every month, the Grow plan is $2,500/month.

Should I use Power Automate, Zapier, or Make?

Use Power Automate if your team already lives in Microsoft 365. Zapier and Make suit teams on Google Workspace or many small SaaS tools. When volume, logic, or cost outgrows those, we write a small custom service instead, and we say so in the audit.

Can you build an AI assistant for our team in Microsoft Teams?

Yes. We build assistants that answer from your own documents and data, run inside Teams, and hand a question to a person when they are not sure. They are scoped to what staff can already see, and we check that with your admin before launch.

Will automation replace my staff?

No, that is not the goal. Automation removes the copying and chasing so the same people can spend their time on customers and decisions. Every workflow we build keeps a person on the steps that need judgment.

A note from Dean

I've built on Power Platform and Microsoft Graph, including AI assistants that work inside Microsoft Teams. I'll start with the chore your team complains about most and show you the hours it saves before we automate the next one.
