For independent insurance agencies, RIAs and mortgage lenders
Certificates, account openings and loan conditions without the retyping.
An agency CSR builds certificates all day. An RIA operations lead types one household into Wealthbox, the planning tool and custodian forms. A processor emails borrowers one condition at a time. We connect the AMS, CRM or LOS you already run, keep it as the system of record, and leave every licensed decision with a licensed person.

Sound familiar?
Three kinds of firm, one retyping problem.
Agencies, advisors and lenders run different systems and answer to different examiners, but the lost hours look alike.
- Agencies: CSRs rebuild the same certificates of insurance by hand for every contractor account that asks.
- Advisors: a new household gets typed into the CRM, the planning tool and custodian paperwork, then fixed again when it comes back NIGO.
- Lenders: loan officers chase borrowers one condition at a time while the pipeline lives in a Monday Excel export.
- Everyone: each new tool means another vendor questionnaire for the CCO or the E&O carrier.
What we build
Before and after, by type of firm.
Automations draft, route and remind, and they write into your AMS, CRM, archive or LOS, never into a side spreadsheet. A licensed person approves anything that binds coverage, submits an account or clears a condition.
| Job | Today | After |
|---|---|---|
| Agency: COI requests | CSR builds each certificate from scratch off an emailed request | Request matched to the insured and holder and drafted in the AMS; the CSR approves and sends, and the activity is logged in Epic or AMS360 |
| Agency: renewals | Renewal list pulled weeks late, remarketing started too close to expiration | Accounts 90, 60 and 30 days out assigned to an account manager with last year's file attached |
| RIA: onboarding | Household typed into Redtail or Wealthbox, the planning tool and custodian forms | One CRM record pre-fills the DocuSign paperwork, the advisor approves before submission, and NIGO notices become ops tasks |
| RIA: review prep | Orion reports and CRM notes gathered by hand before every meeting | A review packet assembled from Orion and the CRM for the advisor to edit |
| Lender: conditions | Processor emails borrowers about each condition separately | Borrowers get one specific list with an upload link, uploads land in the Encompass loan file, and the processor or underwriter clears each condition |
| Larger builds | A licensed tool the firm has outgrown, patched with spreadsheets | A custom client portal or internal platform that reads from and writes back to your AMS, CRM or LOS, delivered in gated stages |

Financial services FAQ
What principals, COOs and CCOs ask first.
Can you make us compliant with the SEC, FINRA, GLBA or Reg S-P?
No. Compliance belongs to your CCO and your security program, and we don't claim to satisfy any of those rules for you. What we can do is describe every data flow for your vendor file, answer your due-diligence questionnaire, sign your service-provider terms, tell you promptly if we ever have a security incident, and build automations that write into the systems your firm already archives.
Will an automation ever bind coverage, submit an account or clear a condition on its own?
No. It drafts, matches, reminds and reports. A licensed person at your firm approves anything that binds coverage, submits an account to the custodian or clears a loan condition, and that approval is recorded in your AMS, CRM or LOS.
Client-facing messages go out through channels your archive already captures, your CCO approves each message template before it goes live, and every workflow alerts a named person on your team if it fails.
Can Redtail or Wealthbox integrate with Orion and DocuSign?
Usually, yes. Redtail, Wealthbox, Orion and DocuSign all offer API access, though some vendors have to enable it on your account first. With it, a CRM record can pre-fill account paperwork and a funded account can link back to the household. We confirm what your plans allow during the audit, before you pay for a build.
Where does our client data go?
It stays in your AMS, CRM, portfolio system or LOS. We connect through each system's API with the least access a step needs, sign an NDA, and keep no customer data on our machines. The work runs under a written master services agreement, and we carry $1 million in professional and cyber liability coverage.
When the project ends, we turn our access off. If we stay on for support, logins are kept in a business password manager such as 1Password.
How much does an Applied Epic or Encompass integration cost?
A connection between your AMS or LOS and one other system is $2,500–$7,500 on our published price list. Applied Epic and Encompass often need API access turned on for your license, so we check that before quoting.
Larger work, such as a client document portal at $5,000–$15,000 or a platform that replaces licensed software across several systems at $15,000–$40,000+, is delivered in gated stages with a written price for each.

A note from Dean
The largest system I've built is an organization-wide project-management platform that let a large employer drop a costly licensed tool, delivered one stage at a time. Before that, I built an end-to-end encrypted verification API used at checkout across international locations for a sports-betting technology company. A small agency or lender gets the same discipline: your system of record stays the record, and nothing ships that a licensed person hasn't approved. When you call, you'll talk to me, and I'll tell you plainly if your vendor's API can't do the job.
